The 2021 518cc engine is perhaps the biggest news for this new model. Specially tuned for low-rpm torque and with an efficient five-speed automatic transmission it has incredible pulling power and traction. Prefer to shift yourself? The AT/MT modes allow you to seamlessly switch from auto to manual. Selectable two or four-wheel drive gives you the freedom to choose between lighter steering or maximising traction when you need it most, and the electronic fuel injection makes for effortless cold weather and high altitude operation.
TRY IT FOR SIZE
At just 1270mm wide and with a curb weight of only 483kg, this agile workhorse goes where other side-by-sides can’t. It’s one of the lightest petrol UTVs on the market and an ideal choice for any narrow, width-restricted routes and gates.
UNLOAD WITH EASE
Another impressive addition: enter the new tilt bed. Load it up! It can carry up to 204kg and measures 98.3cm wide, 65.8cm long and 25cm high. The tailgate opens flat and strut-assist makes unloading a breeze. The bed can also hold buckets, milk crates or drop-in plywood dividers to maximise utility.

Take someone along for the ride. The Pioneer 520 seats two on bench-style seats. Individual backrests, seatbelts and front opening doors offer superior accessibility and comfort.
