Powerful yet Smooth

The speed and acceleration of the BF115 and BF130 are comparable to those of a 2-stroke engine. But these engines provide super-smooth handling thanks to the Programmed Fuel Injection, a twin-balancer shaft system and an inverted flywheel that make vibrations practically non-existent.

Programmed Fuel Injection (PFI)
Hondas PFI system optimises the air/fuel ratio and the injection timing to burn approx 30% less fuel at cruising speed than that of conventional 2-stroke engines. And when you are trolling at low revs, that number is closer to 90%.

Solid Dependability
Both designs are based on the Honda Accord?€?s reliable 2.3 litre engine and employ many of its tried and tested components. The electronic control unit monitors all the engines parameters, such as overheating, over-revving and oil temperature, providing trouble-free cruising and optimum performance.
